Counselling

Have you ever just needed to talk to someone?

If you need a set of ears and a fine mind to help you through your difficulties, speaking to a clinical counselor can help you find your way out of your problems and back into a more positive mindset.

The role of the counselor is to provide compassionate support and a gently challenging environment for you to address your concerns and discover your innate capacity to heal and change.

Finding your relationship challenging? Our registered counselor can help you and your partner speak about what is going on in an open and effective way. Don’t underestimate the power of language, it creates the fabric of our lives and learning to speak and listen in an effective, conscious way can smooth out many misunderstandings.

What types of issues can be addressed?
